This beautiful, white marble-like mansion was built by Horace McCoy, one of the founders of Beaumont. The home rests high above the City of Banning overlooking the Valleys below. Horace began building the mansion in 1947 using Mahogany wood for the motif of the majority of the flooring. Five tons of Arizona Stone went into building the 10 foot long fireplace.

The Banning White House is the only building on the North Hills and provides a 360 degree panoramic view.
