Originally from Baltimore Maryland, Brian Chisholm moved to Florida for the love of sunshine, Disney and Celebration. For many years Brian and his wife, Linda (also a Realtor) had a vacation home in Celebration, Florida. They made the decision to move, change careers and start a new life. During Brian's prior career of 25 years he helped individuals and families get through one of the most difficult times of their life. His business career path led him to the point where he represented his professional organization and colleagues as their legislative chairman negotiating with committees and testifying before the Maryland General Assembly. Brian learned to think out of the box and creatively brought opposing parties together. His passion for real estate developed as a young entrepreneur. Brian began buying investment properties in and around the Baltimore area during the 1980's. After obtaining a real estate license in Maryland Brian bought, sold and managed a large portfolio of his own investment properties. "The art of negotiating and putting deals together has always fascinated me". Early mentors encouraged him to realize that every transaction must result in a win-win situation. These experiences have contributed to Brian Chisholm's success in the real estate profession. Brian was the 2010, 2009 and 2008 top producing real estate professional at Keller Williams Realty At The Lakes and was listed in the Orlando Magazine's, June 2013 and 2008 edition as one of the "HOT 100 REAL ESTATE'S BEST". Brian is also the recipient of the 2012, 2011, 2010 and 2009 “Five Star Best In Client Satisfaction” award. "I listen to my clients needs, and attempt to make every negotiation a win-win transaction. I transferred my skills developed from my prior business experience to my real estate philosophy of helping individuals and families make their dreams come true". Continuing education has earned him these designations: Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). All accreditations are above and beyond what is required by the industry.
