Melanie Miko’s marketing experience has spanned over two decades and included seven years in real estate print and online advertising with a prominent local media syndicate. She puts her powerful marketing experience to work when devising a strategy for the sale of her clients’ homes knowing that a well-planned approach can yield the highest return and minimize the amount of time their home is on the market. Melanie doesn’t just act as a representative for her clients but as their advocate when they buy or sell their home. Her sharp negotiation skills, attention to detail, and dedication to helping her clients reach their goals has earned her their highest accolade – the referral of their friends and family. Melanie has been a resident of Fort Worth since 1987. Recognizing that the Dallas-Fort Worth area offers the best of Texas with world class arts, education, sports and entertainment, she found it the perfect place to raise her two daughters. She received her REALTOR® license in 2011 and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®), Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Historic Home Specialist (HHS), and a Preferred Real Estate Professional with the Veterans Land Board (VLB). With a high devotion to community and service, Melanie participates in many local events including the annual Westworth Village Golf Classic benefiting Special Olympics of Texas and the annual River Oaks Lions Club Community Spaghetti Dinner and Pancake Breakfast. Additionally, in 2014, she developed an annual REALTOR® backpack and school supply drive for children served by Catholic Charities. Melanie has received many accolades as a REALTOR®. Most recently, she was recognized by Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty as a top agent based on her sales production in 2015. Additional production awards include President’s Club 2013 and Executive Club 2014 with her former brokerage and Benbrook Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Year 2015.
