Following graduation from the University of Houston, Geraldine spent 15 years in the financial industry in the areas of auditing, commercial real estate underwriting and retail banking. In her positions as credit manager. financial manager, and project/financial analyst, she developed the skills in economics, financial, demographics and real estate marketing analysis. Geraldine continues to hone her skills in these areas and utilizes her ability to identify and forecast current real estate marketing trends to the client's advantage. Geraldine is an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, the Rice Design Alliance, the National Association of Realtors and has served in the International Advisory Board for the Houston Association of Realtors since 2011. She is also bilingual in English
