CONSUELO RUDAS BIO Consuelo was born and raised in the Andes of Colombia South America. She immigrated to the United State at the age of 18 as she married a physician who was in training. She went on to raise a family of two children. While being a full-time mother she learned English on her own and graduated from Simpson University in Redding, CA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business & human resources. Consuelo and her husband have recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. After moving to South Florida in 1995 she passed the Florida real estate exam and embarked on an ambitious real estate career. She developed a passion for pre-construction developments. As a Realtor® licensed in Florida & California, Consuelo has served her clients with strategic International marketing and transaction management to her sellers and personalized accommodation for her buyers. Her background includes managing pre-construction developments and Luxury Properties. She most enjoys connecting with clients and guiding them through a major step in their lives, buying a home. Relocating several times-buying and selling houses of her own has afforded Consuelo a sensitivity towards her client’s journey, which can be attributed to the first-hand perspective she gain.
