Bonnie Smith, ABR, CIPS, CRB, CRS, GRI, MRE, RSPS, SRS, TRC, ALHS is Owner and Managing Broker of Exclusive Mountain Retreats Real Estate in Breckenridge, Colorado. She has served on the National and Colorado Association of REALTORS Boards of Directors, as Colorado Association of REALTORS RPAC Fundraising Chair, President of the Rocky Mountain Regional Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, on NAR’s Strategic Planning Committee, and on the REALTORS Property Resource Advisory Board. Presently she is Chair of the NAR REALTOR Party Trustees for State and Local Campaign Services. She was 2007 REALTOR of the Year, 2005 President of the Summit Association of REALTORS, and 2007 District Vice President for the Colorado Association of REALTORS. In 2007 she was inducted into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame. Bonnie is a graduate of Boston College and participant in the Executive MBA program at Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Bonnie has resided in Summit County for the past twenty-eight years. Community service is a high priority and she has served on Boards of more than fifteen non-profits.
